1. Communicating and coordinating the purchases activities with end users and converting PR to PO. 2. Select right bidders to participate FRP/FRQ. 3. Develop new potential suppliers, vendor site audit and qualifying according to company’s SOP. 4. Assisting/participating in commercial negotiation and clarification, and convert to a report for interior approving process. 5. Contract drafting and preparation, and later contract management (payment, change of order, delivery, etc. )6. Assist resolving procurement contractual and legal matters arising during the execution of the Project7. Liaison with finance, tax, treasury, legal and insurance representatives. 8. Assist the preparation of weekly/monthly report and other procurement status reports. 9. Monitor and close all procurement status and prepare final closed out and completion report. 崗位要求:1. University graduate or above2. Minimum 2 years working experience in supply chain is necessary3. Knowledge / Training on legal issues related to purchasing4. Basic knowledge of In-direct procurement standards, applicable commercial regulations and practices. 5. Fluent in English and Chinese both written and spoken. 6. Strong communication ability and negotiation skill. 7. Good integrity and team co-operation. 8. Able to work long hours in project peak time.
