Schulte Marine Concept is the newbuilding arm of the Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, providing comprehensive spectrum of technical and management services for newbuilding, conversion and retrofit projects and for the fleet in service. Our project tailored services range from the concept design and design consultancy, project feasibility studies, thru shipyard vetting, contract negotiations, plan approval, site supervision, to ship inspections, Ballast Water Treatment retrofits, vessel’s trim optimization software.

We operate thru permanent regional offices in Shanghai (head office) in China and in Hong Kong and thru project dedicated site offices scattered throughout the world shipbuilding markets.

Based on long-lasting activity and experience we have managed to build up a team of in-house highly qualified and experienced technical experts and supervisors attending our projects.

The management team members poses solid experience from several shipyards and many countries in developing and executing complex newbuilding, conversion and retrofit projects.

Over 300 cargo vessels ranging from 1700 TEU to 9400TEU container vessels, 30,000 dwt to 400,000 dwt bulk carriers, crude oil tankers, product tankers, chemical tankers, LNG carriers, LEG carriers, LPG carriers to OSV, PSV, Floating Offshore Transhipping Platform, 1600 ton Derrick type Pipe Laying Barge were delivered or are under construction for 42 Shipowners in 22 shipyards in China, 10 shipyards in Korea, 6 shipyards in Japan, 6 shipyards in Europe, shipyard in Philippines, Thailand and Middle East.

We have got unique capability and capacity drawing from our Group long-lasting newbuilding, ship operation and ownership experience, our Group operates in excess of 670 vessels ranging vessel-type from container vessels, conventional bulkers, gravity-fed self-unloading bulk carriers, through Panamax, post-Panamax, Handy-size, RORO, pure car carriers, crude, chemical, LNG, LEG, LPG carriers, to heavy-lift vessels, semi-submersibles and FPSOs. Therefore, the services we provide are based on well balanced and distinctive conglomeration of ship design, shipbuilding, shipoperation and shipowning expertise ensuring highest standard of our performance.
